Refund & Returns Policy

At Bluxe UK (“Bluxe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on https://bluxe.uk.


1. Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

3. How to Request a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Bluxe UK is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly supplied

To request an exchange, contact admin@bluxe.uk with your order details and photos of the issue.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider or bank
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at admin@bluxe.uk

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following our returns process.


10. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
